§ Tennessee Toddles Inc. accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, AMEX & cash as forms of payment.
§ All party reservations must meet a minimum of 2 hours.
§ Time may not extend past the assigned end time of your scheduled party. There will be an automatic $85.00 charge if you exceed the party end time.
§ $40 cleaning deposit is required.
§ 50% of the total birthday party bill is due at the time of booking the birthday party as a deposit.
§ Deposits are non-refundable
§ You may not book a birthday party for two different families. There will be a $85.00 charge if done.
§ Twins or siblings may share a party.
§ Outside food/drinks are permitted if they are peanut/tree nut free. Parties can have up to 20 children.
§ All OPTION 1 parties with over 15 children will require an additional $75.00.
§ All OPTION 2 parties with over 25 children will require an additional $75.00.
§ All birthday party invoices must be paid in 24 hours prior the the birthday.
§ You are to not tape or hang anything from the walls in our facility.
§ The party area will be inspected with you at check-in, all damages requiring repairs caused by your party during your event will be billed to the card you put on file.
